Accessories ordered from Hydrow.com will ship separately from your Hydrow.
- Unlike Hydrow, which ships via freight, your Hydrow accessories will ship via UPS or USPS.
- When your accessory ships, you will receive an email notification and tracking number.
- This means accessories or gifts with purchase will arrive either slightly before or slightly after your Hydrow delivery.
If you have not received a tracking number and your item is more than a week overdue, it may be on backorder. The following accessories are currently are on back order:
Gifts with Purchase
- Like accessories, gifts with purchase and other promotional items ship via UPS or USPS.
- When these items ship, you will receive an email notification and tracking number.
- Your order confirmation will show any gifts with purchase or promotional items included with your order.
Please note: Promotions and discounts cannot be stacked or applied to orders retroactively. Orders placed outside of the promotional period do not qualify for the promotion.
