Yes, we are still shipping! Hydrow remains dedicated to our customers and will continue to ship Hydrows as long as we can ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
To ensure the safety and health of all parties, we no longer offer the option to add "In Home Delivery and Assembly" to your order. All orders will be shipped using Hydrow's Standard Delivery option. This allows the delivery team to perform "no contact" deliveries by leaving your boxed Hydrow at the front door, in a garage, or another safe, dry location outside of your home or building.
Currently, our warehouse in Minnesota continues to ship orders within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Our delivery partner, XPO Logistics, continues to deliver nation-wide and the delivery estimate of 10-14 business days after shipment remains unchanged. We are unable to expedite shipments beyond that timeframe.
All of us at Hydrow are grateful that we are still able to serve our customers and community when you need it most. As the situation evolves, we thank you for your patience and loyalty, and will update both our website and our customers should shipping and delivery timelines change in the future.
Update 5/4/20: All of the above remains true! Out of an abundance of caution our delivery partner will be maintaining these same safety guidelines at least into the summer of 2020. Please be aware that In-Home Delivery & Assembly will not be available anytime in the near future. We will update this space when any new information on the topic arises.
