There are plenty of valid reasons why you might want to perform a full clear and factory reset of your Hydrow:
- Changing Hydrow's timezone.
- To wipe all of your saved network data and perform a fresh setup.
- To clear your rower profiles or other personal info off of Hydrow.
- As part of troubleshooting for other issues.
Because a factory reset requires a number of steps and includes a reset of Hydrow's operating system, we ask that you call in to our support team and let us guide you through the process as needed.

(You may note that a simple "Factory Reset" Button also appears in the settings menu for your Hydrow. This option will show an error message when you try to use it. For the time-being this is normal behavior and factory reset cannot be performed by this method.)
