Due to its size and weight, Hydrow is always shipped by freight carrier. This process allows you to schedule an appointment for your Hydrow delivery directly with the carrier, and is similar to what you may have experienced with the delivery of furniture or large appliance.
How can I find my tracking number?
- To ensure the fastest delivery, Hydrow utilizes more than one delivery carrier to ship your Hydrow Rower. Not all freight carriers provide tracking information.
- If a tracking number is available for your Hydrow rower, it will be included in the shipment confirmation email you receive when your Hydrow leaves our warehouse.
- Note that it can take up to 14 days after you place your order for your Hydrow to ship and for you to receive your shipment confirmation email.
I have a tracking number beginning with CEV.
If you have a tracking number beginning with CEV (for example, CEV123456), use the following information to track your Hydrow shipment:
- Use this link to track your order https://app.freightclub.com/Tracking
- Click through on the CEV number to schedule your delivery, or call the phone number provided.
In the above image, the delivery dates in red indicate when your Hydrow is scheduled to at the local delivery Hub. This is not your delivery date. Your Hydrow will not deliver until you schedule a delivery appointment.
What If CEVA Contacts me before I get my shipping notice from Hydrow?
- On rare occasions our shipping partner beats us to the punch with the good news that your Hydrow is on the way, and that your delivery is available to schedule. This doesn't indicate any type of problem with your order!
- You can schedule without worry by phone or through CEVA's online scheduling tool.
- If you are not able to schedule your delivery online, CEVA will be in touch via phone to schedule your delivery.
I haven't received a tracking number. Where is my order?
- It can take up to 14 business days for your order to process and ship from our warehouse.
- When your Hydrow rower ships, you will receive a shipping notification letting you know what to expect.
- If a tracking number is available for your Hydrow rower, it will be included in the shipment confirmation email you receive.
- If you didn't receive a tracking number in your shipment notification email, your Hydrow is shipping with a delivery partner who does not provide tracking. But don't worry! Our delivery partner will be in touch within 5 business days via email or text message to schedule your delivery.

I have a tracking number from UPS, USPS, or FedEx
This is not your Hydrow rower delivery. Hydrow will only ever ship using a freight carrier. A small-parcel shipment from Hydrow could be your accessories, gift with purchase, apparel, or milestone award, but it will never be your Hydrow rower.
