Due to its size and weight, which is 200lbs when boxed, Hydrow must be shipped by freight carrier to the delivery hub nearest your location, where it is processed and scheduled for delivery to your delivery address. This process is similar to what you may have experienced with the delivery of a large appliance or furniture to your home.
For this reason, a single tracking number is not available to track your order from shipment to delivery as you may be used to with standard, small package deliveries through carriers like UPS or FedEx. A tracking number is only available once Hydrow arrives at the delivery hub nearest your location and is ready to be scheduled for delivery.
Generally, the total time from placing your order to receiving your Hydrow is 12-16 business days.
The best way to determine what to expect next on your Hydrow order is by context using the timeline below:
After you place your order, it will process at our one of our regional warehouses for 2-4 business days.
Your Hydrow is then shipped out to our delivery partner XPO. You will be automatically notified by email when the shipment is on its way!
Depending on distance and logistics, Hydrow can take about 2-7 business days to arrive at the XPO Last Mile Hub in your local area.
Once Hydrow has arrived at the Last Mile Hub, XPO will call you to share your scheduled delivery date and four-hour time window. You do not need to be present for delivery.
As some examples:
- If you have received no emails at all, Hydrow hasn't left our warehouse yet. The warehouse is closed over the weekend so make sure you are allowing 1-2 complete business days before you worry and contact us.
- If you have received an email that your order has shipped, but you have not been contacted by XPO to arrange delivery, that means your order is still in transit to XPO (see #3 above).
- If you are receiving an automated call from XPO about your delivery, this means your Hydrow has arrived with them at their Last Mile Hub. It's only a few days away. Be sure that you pick this call up when it comes in so that they know you're aware of your upcoming delivery and can proceed.
