Due to its size and weight (~200lbs when boxed) Hydrow cannot be shipped via standard small-parcel services like UPS or FedEx. Hydrow is always shipped by freight carrier and scheduled for drop-off to your address by a delivery driver. This process is similar to what you may have experienced with the delivery of a large appliance or furniture to your home.
A Tracking number will not become available until your Hydrow has shipped from the warehouse and is in transit. It is normal to wait several weeks after your order before the email with your tracking number arrives.
Where will I find this number?
You will generally receive this tracking number by email, but if your order has shipped you can also find it on our order status page.
I have my tracking number, where do I put it?

- Click through on the CEV number to schedule your delivery. (or call the indicated number)
(The delivery dates in red indicate when Hydrow arrives to the local delivery Hub, not to your home.)
What if I haven't received that number yet?
You can check our order tracking page and see whether your order is listed as 'Confirmed' or 'Shipped' when you look it up. 'Confirmed' means that your Hydrow is still processing and hasn't shipped yet. It is normal for this to take several weeks. The best way to determine what to expect next on your Hydrow order is by context using the timeline below:

After you place your order, it will process at our one of our regional warehouses. (This can take several weeks. please allow for this before you worry and contact our customer service team!)

Your Hydrow is then shipped out via delivery partner, CEVA. You will be automatically notified by email when the shipment is on its way. This email will contain your CEVA Tracking Number. (see above) to schedule delivery

Depending on distance and logistics, Hydrow can take up to 10 days in transit to the delivery hub in your area.
- Once our delivery partner takes charge of your Hydrow, you will be contacted by phone to schedule your delivery date and time.

What If CEVA Contacts me before I get my shipping notice from Hydrow?
This happens once in a while: on rare occasions our shipping partner beats us to the punch with the good news that your Hydrow is on the way and that your delivery is available to schedule. This doesn't indicate any type of problem with your order! You can schedule without worry by phone or through their online tool.
What If I got a tracking number from UPS, FedEx, or USPS instead?
You can assume that tracking number is definitely NOT for your Hydrow rower. Hydrow is only ever shipped and delivered via CEVA. A small-parcel shipment from Hydrow could be accessories, swag, or other bonus items from your purchase, but it will never be the rower!
