Cancellation for this app-only subscription must be done on your iOS or Android device through the device's app store.

Alternatively: You can reach the subscription management controls by opening the "Help" tab in the Hydrow app and then tapping on your Digital Basic Subscription status at the very bottom of the screen.
Please Note: Because this subscription is managed through the app store, the Hydrow Member Services Team does not have the ability to make any changes to your subscription status or to refund any charges from the Digital Basic Subscription.
These steps only apply for a Digital Basic Subscription through an iOS or Android device. If you have a full subscription on a Hydrow Rower that you need to manage, please visit billing.hydrow.com to make adjustments.
