Fitness Builder - is our entry point for members who are new to rowing or to working out in general. If you're getting back into fitness after a long break, or if you've just never done this type of training before, get your best start here!
Beginner Training Camp - If you have been a regular with the rowing machine in the past or have completed the Fitness Builder program. This is the next tier to build consistency and good form!
Sprint Training Camp - Looking to build speed, push harder, lower your split and increase calorie burn? This is a great option for users who have solid experience in rowing.
Endurance Training Camp - Looking to build up to extended-length workouts and crush an epic amount of meters in a single session? This program features 30-45 minute pieces and finishes with our only 60 minute workout at the finale.
