You can find the new Training Camp workouts with the following steps:
- Start on the "Home" tab of the Hydrow Screen
- Scroll down by swiping from the bottom of the screen to the top.
- Choose the difficulty level for the 6-week Track that you want to pursue. Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.
- Choose the first video in the series to begin!
- Move through the suggested workouts at your own pace throughout the week.

(If you do not see training camp appearing on Hydrow's Home screen as illustrated above, your Hydrow may be on an older version of software. Please try Rebooting Hydrow which will force the latest version to install.)
