Eligible purchasers will be able to try Hydrow, the Live Outdoor Reality™ Rower, for 30 days and be able to request a return without being charged the return shipping fee. If you're not satisfied with your Hydrow experience, just Contact Hydrow Customer Care within 30 days of delivery, and we'll arrange to pick-up your Hydrow and provide a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Be aware before purchasing that pick-ups & refunds on this trial policy may be may be delayed until January 2021 due to 2020 holiday season shipping congestion impacting all shipping carriers nationally.
Who is eligible for the Risk-Free Home Trial?
- Members purchasing their first Hydrow
- Members who purchase a Hydrow direct from shop.hydrow.com
- Members who have never had a Risk Free Home Trial
What is refundable?
- Hydrow and any accessories purchased together within 30 days
- Note: Any promotional items included with the order must be returned for a full refund.
- The $38 Hydrow membership payment made during the first month trial.
- No additional months of subscription (either on-hydrow or App-only) will be refunded
- Delivery and return shipping fees will be covered by Hydrow.
How do I request a return?
Risk-Free Home Trial does not apply to the following:
- Hydrow purchases made before December 7, 2019
- Hydrow purchases made through our retail partners (e.g., Best Buy)
- Accessories purchased without a Hydrow
- A second Hydrow purchase after a first one was cancelled or returned
- More than one Hydrow per order
- Additional Hydrows purchased per household
- Hydrows purchased for Commercial use
