We know that you’re going to love being part of the Hydrow Crew, but if you’re unsure, we completely understand. That’s why Hydrow is offering new members the opportunity to try the Hydrow rower risk free when purchased directly from Hydrow's Online Store.
If you are eligible for Hydrow's Home Trial, you will be able to try your Hydrow rower and accessories (if purchased together) for 30 days after delivery. If you're not satisfied with your Hydrow experience, simply Contact Hydrow Member Services within 30 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a free pick-up your Hydrow rower (and provide a return shipping label for any accessories) for a full refund.
Who is eligible for the Hydrow Home Trial?
- Members making their first Hydrow rower purchase.
- Members who purchase a Hydrow direct from shop.hydrow.com
- Members who have never had a Risk Free Home Trial
What is refundable?
- Hydrow and any accessories purchased together within 30 days
- Note: Any promotional items included with the order must be returned for a full refund.
- Your on-Hydrow membership fee for for a one-month period.
- Return shipping fees from your original delivery location.
- Note: It may take up to 4 weeks for your Hydrow return to be picked up by the delivery team. You will be refunded within 10-14 business days after this pickup. Hydrow is not able to expedite pickups.

Hydrow Home Trial does not apply to the following:
- Hydrow purchases made through our retail partners (e.g., Best Buy)
- Accessories purchased without a Hydrow
- Hydrow Memberships purchased without a rower
- A second Hydrow purchase after a first one was cancelled or returned
- More than one Hydrow per order
- Additional Hydrows purchased per household
- Hydrows purchased for Commercial use
