Visit our Hydrow billing portal (billing.hydrow.com) to view and update your Hydrow membership billing information.
Use the billing portal to:
- Add a new payment card
- Update an existing payment card
- View your membership billing history
- Change a billing address or phone number
- Pause, restart, or cancel your membership
- Please do not email our support team with credit card numbers or other sensitive information. They will need to provide you a link back to our billing site to make these changes securely yourself.
- The billing portal is only for Hydrow memberships, and cannot be used to view billing information for items purchased from our online store.
- To update the payment method or information for financing with Klarna please use the Klarna app or contact Klarna directly.
