Currently the following actions cannot be done directly on Hydrow and will require contacting Customer Care for assistance:
- Adding a new payment card
- Updating an existing payment card
- Changing a billing address or phone number.
- Pausing, restarting, or cancelling membership subscription.
Note: Please do not include credit card numbers or other sensitive information when contacting us by email. Representatives will be able to provide you a secure-link by which to update your information in our system.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We do hope to add all of these options as self-service on the rower in the future.
