If you would like to change the billing and payment information for your Hydrow membership subscription, please contact Hydrow Customer Care. The actions below cannot currently be done on the Hydrow rower at this time, so the team can provide any needed assistance in:
- Adding a new payment card
- Updating an existing payment card
- Changing a billing address or phone number
- Pausing, restarting, or cancelling your membership subscription
Note: Please do not include credit card numbers or other sensitive information when contacting us by email. Representatives can provide you a secure-link to update your information in our system.
