If you would like to change the billing and payment information for your Hydrow membership subscription, please contact Hydrow Customer Care. The actions below cannot currently be done on the Hydrow rower at this time, so please contact us if you need assistance with:
- Adding a new payment card
- Updating an existing payment card
- Changing a billing address or phone number
- Pausing, restarting, or cancelling your membership subscription
Please do not include credit card numbers or other sensitive information when contacting us by email. Representatives can provide you a secure-link to update your information in our system.
We apologize for the inconvenience! We do hope to make all of these options available for self-service on the Hydrow rower in the future.
NOTE: If you have financed your Hydrow purchase, and need to update the payment cards or info for that, the easiest method do do so is via the Klarna App or contacting Klarna directly.
