We track these challenges automatically and the next step is that you should be receiving an email within the next day or two with a form to confirm your shipping address.
It is necessary to fill out and submit this form to put things in motion. From there no other action is needed.
How long does the email take to arrive?
It can take up to 48 hours to get the email. If after this period you are still not seeing it, please check your spam folder and check that the email associated with your Hydrow account is a valid email. If after these steps you are still not seeing the congratulatory email, please contact our support team.
How long should it take after submitting the form?
Rewards should typically be received within 30 days of submitting the form.
Once we receive that form, there are a number of practical considerations we have to observe as well. Water Bottles, T-shirts, socks and other reward items are batched together by our fulfillment partner and shipped in bulk every month or so to the people who have achieved them. This means that, depending on where in our shipment cycle you complete your challenge, it may be a week or two before your item goes in the mail.
