If your Hydrow purchase came with an activation code for a complimentary membership period (typically only for commercial purchases by fitness dealers, gyms, etc.) then you can use the following process to activate that code.
During the course of normal setup on Hydrow, a screen will appear asking you to sign up for a Hydrow membership. On this screen will be a smaller option which says "I have an activation code."
Choosing this option will bring you to the screen pictured below where you can enter the activation code you received and then click "Submit"
If you are having trouble using a code successfully, please double-check that you have entered it correctly and that the code you are using was an official code provided by Hydrow. If you are certain your code is both valid and correct, but it isn't working please contact Hydrow Customer Care and include the following information in the ticket:
- The Activation code # you are trying to use with Hydrow
- A screenshot or the full text of any error message appearing when you click submit.
- What period of complimentary membership you are expecting from this code.
- What dealer or retailer you purchased Hydrow from.
