By Default, Hydrow's main workouts screen will display the newest workouts in each category, listed in the order they were uploaded.
However, we have a HUGE library of On-Demand workouts for your to browse through. Rather than endlessly scrolling back, the easiest way to explore our catalog and find just the type of workout you are looking for is to use filters!
How to Filter:
- Start by Selecting the "library" Tab at the bottom of the screen.
- At the top of the screen a bar at the top which will allow you to filter for Workouts by 4 categories: Athlete, Duration, Workout Type, or Location
- You can select multiple options in the same category to expand your results, or select options in two or more categories to refine the search. Trying to find a 20-minute Drive with Dani on the Charles River? You can dial in all 4 filters to find exactly what you're looking for!
In the upper left it will let you know how many workouts were found that match your criteria:
What If There are No Results?
If there are no workouts that match what you asked for you will see this screen above. You may need to expand your search parameters by checking some additional options in one category or another.
