Other Error messages
If you are receiving a different more ambiguous error message while trying to complete payment, Contact Hydrow Customer Care and provide a screenshot of the error along with the Serial # from the back of the screen on your Hydrow so that we can assist.
Updating or changing Membership info
To update your payment info (new card #, billing address, etc.) please contact us by email so that we can verify your identity and provide you with a secure form to make the needed changes. Please do not send your credit card information in the initial message, as standard email is not a secure form of communication.
Issues on your card statement.
Some customers may occasionally see charges under Stripe though they should generally appear as Hydrow. Most other statement issues will require contacting the card issuer. Hydrow Customer Care can also confirm what charges we have submitted when.
