Traditional indoor rowing machines often had basic settings to let you row for a selected amount of time or distance. Right now Hydrow doesn't have a simplified mode for rowing based on simple time or distance intervals in this way. This is a feature that we may or may not choose to add in the future.
For now, The best work around for this type of training on Hydrow is to use our "Journeys" rowing category. If you filter the Library Screen for the workout type: "Journeys" you will find these workouts which feature no instructor and no set pace. From there you can row to your desired time or distance interval without distraction and then exit when done.
