Important Shipping Information

- This article is for Hydrow rower orders placed directly with Hydrow at shop.hydrow.com or with Amazon.
- If you purchased through a retailer, like Best Buy, please contact them for delivery information.
- If you purchased In-Home Assembly at checkout, please see Hydrow Delivery and In-Home Assembly.

- Hydrow orders take roughly 2-3 weeks for delivery after purchase, but the delivery timeframe for your individual order may differ depending on your date of purchase. Please refer to your order confirmation email for the estimated timeframe associated with your specific order.

Hydrow Delivery Process
Due to its size, Hydrow ships in two legs: from our warehouse to a local delivery hub near you, and from the hub to your home. Here's what you can expect during the delivery process:
Before your delivery
- Once Hydrow leaves our warehouse, you will receive a delivery notification email from us with the name of your carrier, a tracking number (if available), and additional delivery instructions.
- One of our delivery partners will reach out to schedule delivery from the local hub to your home within 7-10 business days of receiving your delivery notification email.
- To update your delivery address or contact information, please contact Hydrow Member Services.
- To reschedule your delivery, please refer to the carrier-specific contact information here: Hydrow Delivery Partners.
On your delivery day
- Your carrier will do their best to contact you before they arrive, but it's not always possible.
- An adult 18 years or older must be present to receive your delivery.
- When the delivery team arrives, they will take your Hydrow off the truck.
- The delivery team will place Hydrow outside the first entrance of your home or in another safe, dry place (like a porch or garage, per the delivery team's discretion).
- They will NOT carry Hydrow into your home or up a flight of stairs.
- They will NOT unbox or assemble your Hydrow.
- Note: Depending on your region, your delivery may arrive in a branded truck or in an unmarked delivery truck.
After your delivery
- Please see: Hydrow Quick Start Guide.
- You are responsible for all Hydrow setup and assembly, including moving Hydrow inside and to your room of choice, unpacking, assembly, and connecting to power and WiFi.
- Need help with moving or assembly?
- Depending on the current regulations in your area, you may be able to find a local handyman or other professional to assist you with assembly. While we do not officially recommend or endorse them, some customers have had success with third-party services provided from ThumbTack.com or taskrabbit.com.

- We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations or to freight forwarders.
- We do not offer expedited shipping.
