Error message: Email or screen name provided was not found
- Confirm you have an active Hydrow profile.
- No user profiles are automatically created when you purchase a Hydrow rower.
- Double check the spelling of your screen name, or try entering the email address associated with your user profile instead.
- If this profile was created through the Hydrow iOS/Android mobile app, please ensure you are using the same email address that you used to register.
Error message: Password provided is not correct
Check that your password is being entered correctly by tapping the Show button. If you are still having trouble, please reset your password.
If you are receiving a different error message than either of the above, or experience a different symptom entirely, please contact Hydrow Member Services. Please describe the problem, and if possible, attach a photo of the error on the screen to help us understand the nature the issue.
