Now that you've placed your Hydrow order and selected the Delivery and In-Home Assembly option, what comes next?
Prior to your delivery:
- When your Hydrow ships from our warehouse you’ll receive an email from Hydrow letting you know your order is on the way.
Note: Shipments can take up to three weeks after the date of your your order; please allow plenty of time for your Hydrow to ship before you worry.
- Five to seven days after you receive your shipping notification email, you will receive an automated text message and email from AIT Worldwide, our delivery partner that will allow you to schedule your delivery appointment.
- The day before your scheduled delivery appointment, AIT will send you a reminder by text message or email.
- Need to change your delivery appointment? You can update your delivery appointment by contacting AIT directly using the instructions in their text message or email.
- Need to update your delivery contact information or address? Please Contact Hydrow Member Services.
On the day of your delivery:
- The delivery team will do their best to contact you prior to their arrival, but they may not be able to call ahead.
- Have your space ready. For a successful delivery, please make sure the area -- and the path to the area -- where you want your Hydrow placed is free of furniture or other obstacles.
You'll need to measure both for the boxed and unboxed dimensions of Hydrow. Find both measurements here.
- When the delivery team arrives, they will:
- Take Hydrow off the truck for you
- At your direction, bring Hydrow to your room of choice, including up or down (1) flight of stairs inside your home
- Unpack and assemble your Hydrow
- Remove any packaging.
- You will be responsible for connecting your Hydrow to a power outlet and your home network.
- An adult 18 years or older must be present to receive your delivery.
