Important Shipping Information

- This article is for Hydrow rower orders placed directly with Hydrow at shop.hydrow.com.
- If you purchased through a retailer, like Best Buy, please contact them for delivery information.

- Hydrow orders will take roughly 2-3 weeks for delivery after you order, but the delivery timeframe for your individual order may differ depending on your date of purchase. Please refer to your order confirmation email for the estimated timeframe associated with your specific order.
Hydrow Delivery Process
Due to its size, Hydrow ships in two legs: from our warehouse to a local delivery hub near you, and from the hub to your home. Here's what you can expect during the delivery process:
Before your delivery
- Once Hydrow leaves our warehouse, you will receive a delivery notification email from us with the name of your carrier, a tracking number (if available), and additional delivery instructions.
- One of our delivery partners will reach out to schedule delivery from the local hub to your home within 7-10 business days of receiving your delivery notification email.
- To update your delivery address or contact information, please contact Hydrow Member Services.
- To reschedule your delivery, please refer to the carrier-specific contact information here: Hydrow Delivery Partners.
On your delivery day
- Your carrier will do their best to contact you before they arrive, but it's not always possible.
- An adult 18 years or older must be present to receive your delivery.
- When the delivery team arrives, they will:
- Take your Hydrow off the truck.
- Bring Hydrow to your room of choice, including up or down one (1) flight of stairs inside your home
- Unpack and assemble your Hydrow.
- Remove any packaging.
- They will NOT connect Hydrow to power or internet.
- They will NOT install any accessories, including the Upright Storage Kit.
- Note: Depending on your region, your delivery may arrive in a branded truck or in an unmarked delivery truck.
After your delivery
You are responsible for the following steps after your Hydrow is delivered:
- Your cart will reflect the different shipping options and timelines for your Hydrow order.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations or to freight forwarders.

- We do not offer expedited shipping.
