Network connectivity may have been disrupted while the row was in progress, specifically at the end of the workout. If Hydrow can't communicate with our servers at the end, Nothing will be saved.
Hydrow may have been unplugged or otherwise powered off in the middle of a row. Loss of power during a workout will almost always result in stats that are permanently lost.
Improper region or timezone settings on Hydrow can also cause this problem, though they would do so on every workout if this were the issue.
Log out of your Hydrow profile and log back in again.
We find that the most common cause of this symptom is due to momentary network cut-outs, either due to weak Wi-Fi, Interference, or other connectivity issues. If this happened to you just once or twice, it is likely not a cause for concern. If you find that this happens frequently over weeks of rowing, you may want to try our WiFi troubleshooting.
Your workout statistics are recorded and reported only when you exit the workout. This could either be at the natural end of a row or if you choose to end it early. If your network disconnects or is disrupted at the time when a row exits, no information is immediately uploaded to the server.
In these cases, we do attempt to queue your stats to upload later. Our systems automatically recheck and verify workout data regularly, so you may see a workout show up after a week or two if it was lost in this way.
If Hydrow powers off in the middle of a workout for any reason, the stats from that workout will not be recoverable.
