- Tap on the upper-right corner of your Hydrow's screen to send us a message that includes a screenshot and logging information from your Hydrow.
- Open a support ticket with us using our contact form.

- Phone support is available Monday - Saturday 9am-5pm (Eastern Time)
- If you are calling about a concern with your Hydrow, please be with your Hydrow at the time of the call if possible.
- We also respond to direct messages on Facebook & Twitter within roughly the same time frame as emails.
Please only contact us by one the methods above. Sending us your inquiry in multiple ways will not result in a faster response time and may actually cause delay or confusion.
