For Hydrow owners:
We have a no-commitment membership, so you can activate or pause your Hydrow membership whenever you want. Keep in mind that suspending your membership is only intended for time periods where you won't be using Hydrow for 30 days or more (e.g., travel, extended illness, etc.)
When you suspend or cancel your membership, you lose access to Hydrow's Live Outdoor Reality™ content, and many other features such as saved stats. Without an active membership, you can utilize Hydrow's Just Row mode until you active your membership again.
Need to pause or resume your membership?
Please Contact Hydrow Customer Care within 30 days of the date when the change needs to take effect.
