There are two delivery options for a Hydrow purchase made on our website: (1) free standard delivery and (2) in-home delivery and assembly ($150 additional).
As you consider which option may be the best for you, please note that Hydrow ships in a large box that is 91" x 33" x 18" and weighs 197 lbs. This box will be clearly branded with the Hydrow logo on all sides.
Please note: The total time to delivery once an order ships out can be up to 14-18 business days, regardless of which option you choose. It is not possible to expedite this shipment.

Choosing Standard Delivery:
- The carrier will deliver your boxed Hydrow to the first dry, safe area they find immediately outside the front entrance to your home.
- You are not required to be present for delivery.
- You are not able to choose your delivery date.

(CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE) Choosing In-Home Delivery & Assembly:
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date when you will be home and able to receive it.
- On the day of delivery, the delivery team will carry and place Hydrow in your room of choice and assemble the hardware for you.
- A signature is required at the time of delivery.
